System for the prevention of corruption and fraud and its 26 elements in the hands of citizens, journalists, auditors, lawyers, non-corrupt politicians, employees, senior leaders and other stakeholders. With these pracitcal tools they will be able to assess for themselves the existence and effectiveness of each of the 26 elements of the System in their organization or in another public or private organization. Based on the assessment of each element, each member of the above-mentioned groups existing but ineffective elements of the System. The creation of missing and/or improving the effectiveness of ineffective elements will improve the overall effectiveness of the System in each organization, either private, state or municipal.
